Scott has an extensive background in Intelligent Process Automation (IPA). As the first certified Blue Prism developer in North America, Scott’s emerging technology skill set and experience are highly sought after competencies. In addition to his many Blue Prism certifications, he is ITIL v3 certified, ComptTia A+/Network certified, and even a certified machine operator for the EOS M280 metal 3D printer.
Prior to joining SRI Infotech, Scott was the Lead Architect for Agilify and Ascension, where he was a key player in the formation and development of their automation program’s Center of Excellence, policies, and procedures. He founded their Robotic Process Automation (RPA) standards and best practices committee. He created a full suite of Microsoft Exchange functions to integrate with Blue Prism and created the architecture to run processes on multiple interactive clients, decreasing linear runtime and increasing productivity of the digital workforce. He also developed the automation dashboards used to monitor ROI, transactions, exceptions, utilization, and efficiency.
Scott teaches microcontroller programming, founded a robotics team, he’s a licensed pilot, and he designed and built the electronic components of two public works of art.
Stephen brings over 25 years of successful technology leadership experience to his role as Vice President of BPM Sales with SRI Infotech. Having worked extensively with Fortune 1000 businesses in the areas of business process automation and application development, as well as cloud services, networking, storage and security solutions, Stephen is comfortable helping organizations meet its technology goals and objectives on time and within budget.
Before arriving at SRI, Stephen served as Vice President of Sales and Engineering for Accunet Solutions (now Red River) and as National Vice President of Professional Service with ePlus. Stephen also founded Share Serve Inc. a company that helps other companies migrate to the cloud. Stephen holds an undergrad and graduate degree from Nichols College.
Raj Ponnuraj started his work in the banking, financial services and insurance arena as part of the team that created the listed derivatives platform for a major custodian in New England. It was deployed to hundreds of clients worldwide.
In 1999, he joined Eagle Investment system to develop the web platform for the Eagle Star Accounting Platform. This revolutionary platform, which was based on a rules based accounting engine and a rules based user interface allowed eagle to deploy the accounting platform to a wide variety of vertical segments including tax lot accounting, brokerage and insurance. The system provided a variety of accounting and back office services such as trade entry, confirmation, reconciliation, reference manager, security reference manager, pricing, valuation and reporting systems. The system is able to handle a wide variety of instruments including equities and bonds.
During his tenure as Vice President at Eagle Investment Systems, in addition to managing the Eagle STAR accounting platform, he also built the messaging center, which allowed customers to send their trades electronically.
Leveraging his experience managing offshore teams, Raj started SRI Infotech in 2006, with the express purpose of providing reliable consulting services to financial services clients. His goal was and remains leveraging the internet and evolving technology to pair highly skilled engineers with technology projects around the globe.
David brings extensive managerial experience across all business functions to SRI Infotech. Hired in 2012, David supervises and implements virtually every aspect of the company’s day to day procedures. From human resources to offshore compliance, and from project management to finance, David is instrumental in our success.
Prior to starting with SRI Infotech, David served as operations manager for the Boston law firm of Smeloff & Benner, as well as the branch manager for Loansnap, LLC. He possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from University of Massachusetts Boston.
Tracey, our Executive Administrator, brings significant skill and organization to SRI Infotech. Working closely with Raj and David, she supervises the on-shore and off-shore hiring process, as well as employee benefits management. In this role, she interacts with attorneys, as well as United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. She further assists with financial management, event management, scheduling and office operations.
Jim brings over 20 years of direct sourcing and recruiting experience in high tech and finance. With over 25 endorsements on LinkedIn he’s not only one of the top networked recruiters in the area, he’s also the go to guy for many recruiters in the area needing help. While a firm believer in leveraging technology he’s very old school in his approach. It’s all about understanding people, their needs both personal and professional. Raised in Chicago with a VAX PDP23 in his house, Jim never lost his love of technology. He is also an accomplished musician performing in clubs all over Boston. He discovered his love of recruiting after working as an account rep in the Carter, Bush and Reagan administrations. He joined SRI, motivated by the team philosophy and the average longevity of our consultants (averaging over 4 years!)
Mark is a seasoned technology veteran with a diverse background across many disciplines working for IBM, HDS, EMC and Dell EMC. He has been at the forefront of emerging technologies in each of these companies helping shape products, architect creative solutions to address new and complex problems and ensuring customer success.
Mark has over 35 years of experience and has been an effective leader in systems architecture, sales, marketing and strategy. His career has spanned a broad range of industries including Financial, Retail, Healthcare and Life Sciences working across the spectrum of scale from the very largest of Global Accounts through the SMB space.
Mark has a BS from UMASS Amherst.
Mr. Johansen is the Principal of BHK Global, a consulting firm focused on Financial and Technology businesses. Previously, Mr. Johansen was the Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Operations and Asia-Pacific Chief Operating Officer for State Street Global Markets (SSGM), the Investment Research and Trading arm of State Street Corporation. Mr. Johansen was a member of SSGM’s Executive Management Group and State Street’s Operational Risk Committee and has over 25 years of experience in the Finance and Technology field. Mr. Johansen obtained his MBA from Boston University and his BS from Stonehill College, with concentrations in Finance and Computer Information Systems.
